Dancing out from within the stone walls....
Live Art Exhibition. I worked alongside artist Lilith Piper to Movement Direct the opening and closing ceremony for her Exhibition, incorporating 20 dancers, live music and the physicalisation of her canvas paintings and candle sticks.
Supported by Glastonbury Festival and Michael Eavis it took place at the Tithe Barn in Pilton Somerset.
The work draws from folkloric, magical and mythological imagery and considers the repressed but powerful history of feminine sexuality, ritual, wisdom and practice.
